Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Aggravated Assault, DUI, Forced Sexual Battery & More…

Law enforcement officials in Davidson County and Knox County recently arrested a number of illegal aliens for a variety of dangerous crimes. 

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

34-year-old Kalex Aaron Alvarado-Sanchez – arrested October 23

  • Alvarado-Sanchez was charged with three counts of domestic assault with bodily injury, aggravated assault (strangulation), and interference with an emergency call. He was booked on a $25,000 bond.

43-year-old Angel Chavez Moreira – arrested October 23

  • Moreira was charged with driving under the influence (2nd offense). He was booked on a $2,000 bond. Moreira has a number of prior charges dating back to 2011, including public intoxication, possession/casual exchange, and leaving the scene of an accident. Those charges were all dismissed. He was previously found guilty of driving without a license in 2012 and with DUI and resisting arrest in 2019.

43-year-old Juan Primero Rosales – arrested October 23 

  • Rosales was charged with forced sexual battery, domestic assault with bodily injury, driving with no license, and altering a title/registration/plate/permit. He was booked on a $9500 bond.

41-year-old Elmer Rafael Baca – arrested October 26

  • Baca was charged with driving under the influence (3rd offense) and driving on a revoked license. He was booked on a $3000 bond. Baca’s criminal history shows 25 different criminal charges dating back to 2012. These charges include DUI, public indecency, leaving the scene of an accident, multiple instances of public intoxication, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 

24-year-old Darwin Americo Montufar Ixcoy – arrested October 26

  • Ixcoy was charged with driving under the influence and no driver’s license. He was booked on a $3000 bond. 

39-year-old Jose M. Sanchez Cabrera – arrested October 26

  • Cabrera was charged with false imprisonment and aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $55,000 bond. 

34-year-old Miguel Sonora – arrested October 26

Knox County police recently arrested the following individuals:

43-year-old Ruben Castillo – arrested October 23

  • Castillo was charged with assault with bodily injury and vandalism (up to $1000). 

26-year-old Leibin Bautista – arrested October 26

  • Bautista was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $2500 bond.

27-year-old Edwin Josue Gomez Chavez – arrested October 26

  • Chavez was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $3000 bond.

22-year-old Carlos Oseas Montejo – arrested October 26

  • Montejo was charged with tampering with evidence. He was booked on a $7500 bond.

28-year-old Henry Josue Perdomo – arrested October 26

  • Perdomo was charged with tampering with evidence. He was booked on a $7500 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
