Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Domestic Assault, DUI, Public Intoxication & More…

Tennessee Conservative News Staff –

Illegal aliens were arrested and held in Davidson and Knox Counties for charges including domestic assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving under the influence.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

32-year-old Luis Enrique Gonzales Rodriguez – arrested November 11

  • Rodriguez was charged with driving under the influence and was booked on a $1000 bond. He was found guilty on November 12.

28-year-old Maurillo Teletor Jiminez – arrested November 12

38-year-old Alix Alfredo Salazar-Carrillo – arrested November 12

  • Salazar-Carrillo was booked on a misdemeanor charge of probation of violation and no driver’s license. He was on probation for driving under the influence on September 14, 2024. He was actually found guilty of a lesser charge of reckless driving and also had charges of violating the open container law and driving without a license dismissed. He was given a $12,000 bond.

25-year-old Samuel Ibaira Belmontes – arrested November 12

  • Belmontes was charged with criminal impersonation, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and leaving the scene of an accident with damage over $1500. He was booked on a $3100 bond.

30-year-old Oscar Enrique Castrillon-Gutierrez – arrested November 12

In Knox County, the following individuals were arrested:

28-year-old Ramiro Coronel-Mora – arrested November 10

  • Coronel-Mora was charged with driving with a license and improper use of vehicle registration. He was booked on a $4000 total bond.

20-year-old Moises Arius – arrested November 11

  • Arius was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to comply with the financial responsibility law and the registration law. He was booked on a $2500 total bond.

38-year-old Ngu T. Cao – arrested November 9

  • Cao was charged with domestic assault and was booked with no bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
