Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For DUI, Drugs, Kidnapping, Sexual Assault & More…

Tennessee Conservative News Staff –

Law enforcement officials in Davidson and Knox Counties have arrested illegal aliens on a number of dangerous charges, including one charged with an attack of a female rideshare passenger.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

42-year-old Jamal S. Alhakari – arrested October 17

  • Alhakari was charged with sexual battery of a mentally defective/helpless individual, sexual battery without consent, and aggravated kidnapping. He was apprehended in Detroit, Michigan, after being accused of attacking a woman who was a passenger in his rideshare vehicle in 2023. According to court records, the Iraqi national has a lengthy criminal history, including charges of harassment and stalking in Arizona and reckless driving in Kentucky. He was allegedly fired from two other rideshare companies before being hired by a private company in Nashville. He was booked with a $30,000 bond.

22-year-old Bryan Azael Flores Davila – arrested November 7

  • Davila was charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked on a $47,000 total bond. 

22-year-old Eulaliuo Melchor Taperia – arrested November 10

33-year-old Mario J. Marquez – arrested November 10

  • Marquez was found guilty on charges of violating the open container law. Charges of no driver’s license, failure to renew registration, and failure to provide insurance information were dropped at the request of the state.

In Knox County, the following individuals were arrested:

25-year-old Carlos R. Cano Saucedo – arrested November 9

  • Saucedo was charged with DUI: Second Offense. He was booked on a $5000 bond.

22-year-old Darinel Alvarado – arrested November 9

  • Alvarado was charged with reckless driving and driving without a license. He was booked on a $3000 bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
