Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Kidnapping, Domestic Assault, DUI, Strangulation, Theft & More…

Tennessee Conservative News Staff –

Police in Davidson and Knox Counties have been working to take more illegal alien criminals off of Tennessee streets.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

40-year-old Octavio Ruiz-Hernandez – arrested February 13

  • Ruiz-Hernandez was charged with driving under the influence and driver’s license required. He was booked on a $3000 total bond. 

33-year-old Oscar Elias Tiul Chub – arrested February 14

  • Chub was charged with domestic assault with fear of bodily injury, resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search, and disorderly conduct. He was booked on a $4000 total bond. 

33-year-old Esmeralda Avila-Marquez – arrested February 14

  • Avila-Marquez was charged with domestic assault with offensive/provocative conduct. She was booked on a $1000 bond. 

34-year-old Ariel David Zacarias Ross – arrested February 15

  • Ross was charged with driving under the influence. He was booked on a $2500 bond. 

21-year-old Marlon Areblo-Dubon – arrested February 15

29-year-old Yeison Isaac Paz-Lopez – arrested February 15

  • Paz-Lopez was charged with a probation violation and was booked on a $40,000 bond. No information was available about the original charge for which he had been given probation.

53-year-old Andres A. Izaguirre – arrested February 15

  • Izaguirre was charged with driving under the influence (2nd offense) and driver’s license required. He was booked on an $8000 bond. 

44-year-old Christian Isaac Cruz Gutierrez – arrested February 15

  • Gutierrez was charged with aggravated kidnapping with bodily injury and domestic assault with bodily injury. He was booked on a $75,000 bond. 

26-year-old Luis Alejandro Martinez Gonzalez – arrested February 16

  • Gonzalez was charged with driver’s license required. He was booked on a $100 bond. He was previously charged with no driver’s license on March 27, 2025 and June 28, 2025. He was also charged with reckless driving in June. Those charges were all dismissed.

20-year-old Dualder Gonzalez – arrested February 16

  • Gonzalez was charged with felony aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $5000 bond. 

Knox County police arrested the following individuals:

25-year-old Grisela Carolina Luzardo-Quiroz – arrested February 14

  • Luzardo-Quiroz was charged with theft of merchandise/shoplifting and violation of a restraining order/order of protection. She was booked on a $10,000 bond.

27-year-old Junior Melendez – arrested February 14

  • Melendez was charged with DUI (first offense). He was booked on a $5000 bond.

21-year-old Diego Abraham – arrested February 15

  • Abraham was charged with DUI (first offense), driving without a license, and financial responsibility law. He was booked on a $15,000 bond.

27-year-old Pedro Luis Pecora-Ferrer – arrested February 15

  • Pecora-Ferrer was charged with public intoxication. He was booked on a $7500 bond.

Inmate records show that all of these individuals currently have immigrant detainers and will remain in custody until released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
