Tennessee Representative Introduces Articles Of Impeachment Against Biden And Harris

On Monday, Tennessee Representative Andy Ogles introduced articles of impeachment against both President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
In his articles against Biden, Ogles says Biden “weaponized” the presidency in an effort to “shield the business and influence peddling schemes of his family from congressional oversight and public accountability.”
The articles also state that Biden has acted in a “manner contrary to the public trust and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of the law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.” This is in relation to the way he has dealt with the crisis on the southern border.
Also mentioned are Biden’s refusal to comply with “congressional requests for information and documentation.” The articles specifically mention Biden’s withholding of an FD-1023 form that “reportedly details a bribery scheme in which members of the Biden family, including Joseph Robinette Biden, received $5,000,000 each to assist Burisma Holdings.” Burisma Holdings is a Ukrainian company for which Hunter Biden served as a board member.
In a comment to Fox News Digital, Ogles said that Biden not only “failed the American people” but also “violated his sworn oath to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
Ogles continued, “Biden is a disgrace to the Oval Office and should be stripped of his position and held responsible for his high crimes against the United States.”
The southern border crisis also plays a part in the articles aimed against Harris, taking aim at her lack of knowledge and lack of caring. They state that she has “extraordinary incompetence in the execution of her duties and responsibilities and an indifference to American suffering as a result of America’s ongoing southern border crisis.”
They specifically reference the fact that Harris has refused multiple requests to visit the southern border.
Ogles also stated that Biden’s “accomplice” Harris “has demonstrated her extraordinary incompetence time and again.” The articles state, “Vice President Kamala Devi Harris has directly betrayed the public trust of the United States, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.”

Ogles is right on the mark here….Americans know that Democrats are getting away with murder while Republicans are either excoriated by the media for simply standing up (i.e., Majorie Taylor Green), doing exactly what many Democrats were doing everyday to Donald Trump or they’re hiding in the closet hoping all this will go away, so they all can continue to soak the taxpayer. Again, most Americans are on to this double standard of the law and justice, and they are sick and tired of it. In this next election Democrats better come up with double the number of fake, cheat, mail-in ballots in order to beat back this rising tide of American voters that are waking up to the double standard!
