Concerns About Election Integrity Banned For “Misinformation”

The Tennessee Conservative [By Jason Vaughn]

Last week, YouTube banned The Tennessee Conservative’s interview with Dr. Douglas G. Frank entitled “Scientific Research Raises Election Integrity Concerns [Interview with Dr. Douglas G. Frank].

According to the “YouTube Team,” the interview violated their “misinformation policy”.

Within the email notification, they said that the video had been removed from our channel.

YouTube stated that “Content that advances false claims that widespread fraud, errors, or glitches changed the outcome of the U.S. 2020 presidential election is not allowed on YouTube.”

However, they did give us a chance to appeal the decision and of course, we did.

In the appeal process, YouTube gives the opportunity to explain why the affected party disagrees with their decision.

For the appeal, we explained that we are a News Publication and this was an interview with a person that believes there was fraud in the 2020 election.  In no area, whether it be the headline, the associated text, or the words spoken by the interviewer (Brandon Lewis) do we state that what is being presented by the interviewee (Dr. Douglas G. Frank) is fact.

The content was presented by The Tennessee Conservative as a thought-provoking interview with a well-known individual presenting his opinions.

Lewis even states toward the end of the interview, “I believe in open dialog.  I hate censorship.  I believe people should be able to bring on their own viewpoints and I let our readers decide.  I don’t censor things, I don’t curate things, I let people give their opinions and let our readers decide.”

In the appeal, we made YouTube aware of all these facts, yet they chose to permanently remove the interview.  Since this was our first “violation,” we were only given a warning.

However, they stated that if we upload any more content that violates their policies, we will not receive another “warning”, rather, we will receive a “strike” and will be banned from posting and related activities for 1 week.

Fortunately, we also upload our video content to Rumble and the interview can still be viewed there.

You can also watch the “banned” content on our website HERE.

As conservatives we need to stop using social media. That means all platforms that restricts our voices from being heard. We are headed towards a communist state that silents all oppositions. We need to stand up now. I have even been moderated on this site for stating facts that are true. So it is kind of ironic that Tennessee Conservative has been removed from you tube. Any platform that doesn’t like what you post and doesn’t agree with you just simply removes you.
In God we trust not man or government!

Guess you better find another way to get the word out.
I would be fine with a news letter each week. I would also
pay more for membership to have that service.
I am thinking a whole lot of people would do the same.
Wayne is correct get off social media. Go back old school.
This is not going to stop and it is only going to get worse.

It is past time to rein in these Tech companies. They are in the speech business good or bad. If they refuse to show both sides of the story not their liberal personnel interpenetration . Laws and MEGA FINES are the only thing they understand. Time to place MANDATES on them. Hit them where it hurts the back pocket and if that don’t work break them up as a monopoly.
