Tennessee Illegal Aliens Arrested For Attempted Murder, Illicit Drugs, Strangulation, Theft & More…

Jails in Davidson and Knox Counties continue to fill with illegal aliens who have been arrested on a number of different charges.

Davidson County police arrested the following individuals:

20-year-old Kevin Alejandro Sandres-Monroy – arrested November 13

  • Sandres-Monroy was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury and aggravated assault (strangulation). He was booked on a $30,000 total bond. 

25-year-old Sa Lo Mo – arrested November 13

  • Mo was arrested and charged with a felony probation violation. That probation violation was in connection with a February 2024 conviction of possession with intent to sell a Schedule VI drug. He also had charges of reckless endangerment, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felon in possession of a weapon, employment of a weapon during a dangerous felony, and attempted first degree murder dismissed at the same time. 

45-year-old Juan Carlos Amador – arrested November 13

  • Amador was charged with driving under the influence and failure to comply with the driver’s license requirement. He was booked on a $1500 bond. 

23-year-old Antoni Claros Garcia – arrested November 14

  • Antoni was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked on a $11,000 total bond. 

23-year-old Oscar Noel Avila – arrested November 15

  • Avila was charged with aggravated assault (strangulation) and was booked on a $35,000 bond. He had a previous charge of domestic assault with bodily injury dismissed in June 2024.

39-year-old Jorge Luis Meja – arrested November 15

  • Meja was charged with criminal impersonation, theft of a vehicle (between $2500 and $10,000), and evading arrest. He was booked on a $5,000 total bond. Meja has a slew of prior convictions including possession/casual exchange (2013, 2014, and 2016), driving on a revoked license (2011), driving without a license (2010 and 2012), and driving under the influence (2010)

27-year-old Gerald Josue Arauz-Betanco – arrested November 16

  • Arauz-Betanco was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to comply with the driver’s license requirement. He was booked on a $2500 bond.

52-year-old Martin Ayala-Larreinaga – arrested November 16

  • Ayala-Larreinaga was charged with no driver’s license and was booked on a $500 bond. He was previously found guilty of driving under the influence in August 2012.

31-year-old Carlos Andres Urbina Cardoza – arrested November 16

  • Cardoza was charged with driving under the influence, evading arrest, and no driver’s license. He was booked on a $4000 total bond.

In Knox County, the following individuals were arrested:

28-year-old Ramiro Coronel-Mora – arrested November 10

  • Coronel-Mora was charged with driving with a license and improper use of vehicle registration. He was booked on a $4000 total bond.

Inmate records show that these individuals all have immigrant detainers.

They will remain in custody until they are released to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An ICE hold most likely means they are in this country illegally.
