National Divorce Or Good ‘Ol Capitalism?

By Mike Hebert [Former COO of Parler and Co-Founder of the American Business Council] –

As the chatter concerning a “national divorce” picks up steam, it is clear that we have reached a significant inflection point in our country’s unfolding story. What was once a theoretical topic discussed at quiet gatherings of like-minded conservatives is now a topic being talked about openly by our elected officials.

The last 8 years have been brutal for this country. Our social fabric has been torn apart by people easily manipulated by our media, foreign actors, academic elites, and politicians looking to make the most of an utterly discouraged populous.

In short order, the left has convinced a huge portion of our country that America was never great as it successfully destroys the institutions and traditions that made America what it was. On the other side, traditional Americans, poorly mobilized and caught off-guard by this assault, are finally finding their voice as the fear of potential cancellation and ostracization is outweighed by a feeling of legitimate fear of losing our country and way of life.

We are clearly not a happy country.

While the suggestion of a national divorce might feel good to say out loud, the necessary actions required to do such a thing make it untenable. Redrawing borders, redoing the tax code, managing national defense…the list is endless and worse, the ramifications of this kind of split would mean a national security risk that none of us would likely survive. In my opinion, we wouldn’t even survive the planning stage of this kind of hard divorce. However, there *are* things we can do to improve our lives as we decouple ourselves from people and corporations that have led us down this destructive path.

We can build our own.

For the last couple of years now, companies dedicated to traditional American values are doing just that….building their own. There are brave companies all over America that are successfully connecting with consumers that share traditional values.

The tech sector made the first big move when Gab and Parler made enough noise to break through to the mainstream with their uncensored alternatives to social media. NewsMax and OANN found momentum in their quest to become legitimate television alternatives. Black Rifle Coffee is helping us wake up in the morning without the guilt of drinking Starbucks. The Tuttle Twins books are doing something for our poor children and Chaya Raichik is helping to keep it all fun along the way. These are some of the most notable names and companies in this “Build your own” movement. However, there are tens of thousands of others.

The task at hand is to improve the discovery process for these emerging, alternative brands. We’re still dependent on a shared link from a friend, a mention of something new over a beer, but it needs to be easier than this. As we walk away, we need resources that will let us know exactly where to go and where to take our wallets, eyeballs, and time.

The good news is that companies like PublicSq. are going to solve a lot of this in the coming months and years ahead. Discovery within the marketplace should be much easier and very soon!

We must also make connections as business owners, managers, and C-suite executives. That is why we’ve established the American Business Council. Founded in 2022, the American Business Council is a professional network that aims to bring together all of the great men and women of this emerging movement. Think of The American Business Council as a BNI-like network but only for brave business leaders like us.

As we seek to build a business ecosystem that breaks away from the current order, leaders like us will likely find ourselves with increasing fractures in our existing professional network. The courage required to say “no” to today’s cultural rot will likely take its toll on many of our professional relationships.

As we make the decision to unapologetically rally around America, freedom, pure capitalism, and businesses built on traditional values, we’ll need to build new connections. As the American Business Council grows it will mature to include in-person events, digital meet-ups, and a guest speaker series for all of the brave souls leading us into this new economy.

If you’re a business leader interested in creating this new professional network, I encourage you to join the American Business Council today. Our time is now.

The answer is Federalism, give the power back to the states and let people move where their values align.

I get your larger point, however, conservatives should be aware that Black Rifle coffee may not actually be a company they want to support. They lost me after they threw Kyle Rittenhouse under the bus, among other concerning things. Revolver News did a good job highlighting concerns about Black Rifle in these 2 articles:

A better alternative I suggest is Bonefrog Coffee. This company not only has amazing coffee, but also supports fallen Navy SEALs and was started by a 25 year Navy veteran/frogman. Haven’t heard any disappointing stuff about BoneFrog Coffee.

….. and just how might the S E C R E C Y of Freemason ( all of its parts , and practices ) , fit into this picture . It’s not about what they do amongst themselves , but what they do to other people …. Secretly .

There is a video of JFK giving a speech where he is essentially condemning Freemason ; and there is good reason to speak of it in this way .
