God People Need A God Moment (Op-Ed By Kat Stansell)

Submitted Kat Stansell (Independent Journalist and Earnest Patriot) –

Most all Tennesseeans are God People. We may work with Him under different designations, and at varying speeds, but most of us know Him.

We take care of our responsibilities, fulfilling our obligations to family, God and country. Often, we make sacrifices to do so. By and large, we are content in doing so.

Sure, we wish we’d done  better – or differently – here or there. If we want to change our trajectory in life, it is ours to do so. To Him is the power and the Glory, and thanks everlasting for our freedom to do so.

But, look around you…

The fallen angel, Lucifer, is trying to pull us away, to destroy our God-given freedoms, and make us forget the power of being God People. Evidence of this is everywhere around the world, but especially here in our America. You don’t need details. You know it. You feel it.

To counter this, we each need to have a God Moment, where we recognize the battle at hand, and step up to save our families, our freedom and our lives. We need to join hands with everyone who values our God-given blessings, and wants their loved ones to live in a world of His making.

Yes, there is LOTS of work to do, so our God Moments have much on which to focus. I believe we need to start with elections,  since our Freedom’s Doom clock is already at 11 months to midnight. While we’re working to get paper ballots, hand-counted to replace OR PARALLEL voting machinery, there is an umbrella effort that is crucial now.

The Tenth Amendment is key. Many of you understand a lot about it, so let me abbreviate. Those powers not expressly granted to the feds, nor prohibited to the states, remain to the states. This has been the case since the Tenth was adopted in 1791 – TO ASSUAGE THE FEARS OF THE STATES ABOUT AN OVERLY POWERFUL CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.

We are where the Boston Tea Party was 250 years ago. No semblance of law and order; people are ready to blow. Our founders were pushed to the place where they had had enough.  We are fast approaching that point. And our Lord knows it. His Son overturned the tables of the moneychangers. I believe He expects no less from us. But He knows we have answers from our forefathers, as written in our founding documents, to avoid all-out war.

To avoid a second American Revolution, to lower the boiling point of the country, we need to use the tools already provided. The Tenth Amendment is one of the best tools. Tennessee has a good start on working towards its recognition and use. See TNCSS.org for how to get involved. A national expert on the subject, KrisAnne Hall, will be speaking in Mr. Juliet, TN, Feb. 24.

The event is free but requires an RSVP to Karen Bracken. Check the link.

Today, there seems to exist a collective sense of the Holy Spirit working, whispering “time to wake up”. Time for a God Moment, for wisdom, grace and understanding to let us see the path we must take to preserve God’s gift of freedom.

We want – NEED – a world driven by truth, not lies. Let that thought lead you in your exploration for the path where you can be most effective in the next 11 months.

We are at a fork in the road, 2024. If we take the Left fork or do nothing, we will be part of the dissolution of humanity. The Right fork is the truth and the WAY. The Lord willing, and his servants, strong and clear-sighted, WE CAN DO THIS.

All blessings for a New Year of peace and prosperity for all.

Just remember… God Uses Ordinary People To Be Part Of His Extraordinary Plans.

I agree wholeheartedly. It’s time to get off the couch and get to work. We need to gather together and have a revival. We keep talking about praying that God intervenes and protects us. Well, folks, God intervenes through us. Yes, He can wave His hand and make it all better, but until He sets up His Kingdom, He doesn’t typically do it that way. WE need to fill ourselves with His Word, put on His battle armor, and GET OFF THAT COUCH!

Most Tennesseans may be “God People”, but are not necessarily God’s people. There is a distinction between claiming allegiance to Christ and their works.

True freedom can only be found in saving faith in Jesus as our supreme treasure. I see a lot of nominal American Christians who do not attend church regularly making an idol out of their politics and their patriotism. Our allegiance is to Christ and his church above all. Generations of Christians have survived and even thrived in oppression.

We must first remove the plank from our own eyes and make sure we are walking uprightly before the Lord. Then we can live our Christian values in our families as salt and light to our unbelieving neighbors then towns and states.

The Holy Spirit isn’t interested in bringing about a revival of freedom or some other political end. He’s interested in generating faith and bringing you closer to the Father. Only a true revival by the Holy Spirit, through repentance and trust in Jesus, will bring about the kind of change the author is attempting to gin up by appealing to “freedom” and our “founders”.

“God’s People” are far too satisfied with searching for A Better King Saul. And we keep getting all of the consequences the Lord promised.

1 Samuel 8:10-19 And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king.
And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.
And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.
And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers.
And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants.
And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.
And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.
He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.
And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day.
      Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;

We are so stupid we let the “voting machine” riggers pick him.

Amen! Well said and I could not agree with you more.
      2 Chronicles 7:14-16 KJV
14 if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place. 16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.

In God we trust not government or man.
      Have a blessed day.

Oh, great. Now “Kat” (actually Katherine) Stansell has found God so she’s added to her Schlick.

Stansell is a lifelong loser who has flitted from one loony right wing gig to another, staying just long enough for the audience to tire of her nonsense.

At last count she was in NC, then rural eastern VA, then with the “American Poilcy Center” who fired her and scrubbed their site of her raving, now she’s settled in Tennessee where she’s wowing the biblethumpers .
