The New Speaker Of OUR House – A Ray Or A “Mike” Of Hope?

A few days ago, Mike Johnson, R. LA, was elected Speaker of the House of Representatives. The very best thing I’ve heard about him is that his pockets are not full of dirty money, and that K Street (the lobbyists) fear him. Here is Bannon’s War Room assessment.

Mike Johnson’s first act after his elevation to Speaker, was to invite the media into the House Chamber. He then led the House in a prayer to God, for guidance and strength. The next thing he did was take a large group of his constituents on a tour of the Capitol. He prayed in the lion’s den, as it were – in the same building where, just 6 months ago, a children’s choir was thrown out for singing our national anthem. Then, he did something for his constituents. Wow. Good signs, for sure, but read on…

Here are highlights of his background, before and after he entered Congress.

Speaker Johnson is 51 years old, and has represented Louisiana’s 4th District since 2017. He is a graduate of LA State University, and its Law Center. He is one of four children of parents who later divorced.

Before his election to Congress, Johnson was Senior Counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom, and defended LA’s Amendment 1 of its Constitution, which defined marriage as between one man and one woman. He and his wife went public in the ‘90’s to promote Louisiana state law on covenant marriage, which is an attempt to minimize divorce.

He founded “Legal Guard”, a non-profit ministry to defend Christians in lawsuit. As its chief counsel, he defended clients such as Ark Encounter. The left HATES Ark Encounter, because it is a biblical theme park, as it were. They prefer gender dysphoric, child trafficking Disney, and public drag shows.

Mike Johnson defines his own legal career as defending religious liberty, the sanctity of human life and other Biblical values such as the defense of traditional marriage and family values. The amount of utter spew about Johnson in the MSM news is really fun!

Mike Johnson was also on Trump’s legal defense team during the first impeachment. The Guardian reports that he “played a key role in assisting Trump’s effort to ‘overturn’ the election.” “Johnson’s arguments gave Republicans a way to continue to object to the election…without endorsing Trump’s outlandish claim of fraud.” (Remember, The Guardian is one of those MSM Lefties.)

His Liberty Score in the Conservative Review is 75%, which means he votes with the other side one out of four times. I personally wish this were higher, but when you peruse the bills in which he has joined the left, and the ones in which he has remained conservative, you’ll see that It may not be as bad as it could be.

Mike Johnson won his latest term unopposed. I can see why.

While we can’t rush to judgment, I’ll have to say, up front, that this could be another break in the clouds that have formed over our Republic. My thoughts on learning about our new Speaker, feel a bit like what I experienced when I learned of the “instant revival” which spread around the world, from that small KY university in Feb., 2023 . Mike Johnson’s candidacy for speaker seemed to come out of nowhere, too. If he holds true to his beliefs and history, he will be exactly what we need.

OK, you can criticize me for positivity, but I tell you like I see it. Might be, Johnson’s Speakership, like that revival, came from “Upstairs”…. No, I’m not being mystic or naive. I just reserve the right to keep the faith…as it were. Pray for him and for America. This could be the start of something big.

More on our New Speaker…There’s More to be Spoken

Above, I shared some good things about our new Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, R, LA. He is strong on a lot of the same issues as is our Freedom Caucus.

There is, however, more deeper and troubling information about him, coming out today. It’s my job to share with you, so that we are always eyes wide open.

State of the Nation, an alternative news website, which often has a different slant on things, has provided more of Johnson’s funding sources, and the explanation for his sudden victory, coming out of nowhere. I’d offered up the happy possibility that maybe, just maybe, he’d come from “upstairs”. As it turns out, his route to us was through Israel.

“He is a hardcore Evangelical Zionist”, so, it is believed that the “Israeli lobby gave direct orders to every GOP house member to vote for him”. State of the Nation used the words, “you can be sure.”

Among his donors, there ARE a few which I’d consider “dirty”, or at least tainted: Raytheon, Lockheed Martin Northrup Grumman, Boeing, L3Harris, (they call themselves the “trusted disruptor of the aerospace industry”. Johnson has vowed that “America stands with Ukraine”, and has already approved more funds to that Globalist-created war. In short, our new Speaker supports the incessant war machine which has wasted so much of our human and monetary capital over the years. Although each donation shown in SOTN was fairly small on the public lists. there are probably more. Where there’s smoke…as they say.

If you’re on the side of Israel and war, this is not bad news. If, like me, you’re not in favor of bleeding America dry for foreign lands and causes, you are, once again, let down by our “elected representatives.” But, there’s still more.

According to National File Mike Johnson is also funded by Morris and Dickson, Louisiana’s sole distributor of the poison Covid vaxes, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Walmart and the Koch Brothers,, all of whom reek of Globalism. Yes, Laura Loomer, the GOP may well be “addicted to losing.”

The best we could get here, I suppose, is a war between the higher powers within Speaker Johnson’s soul, in which the right side wins. I’ll pray for that. We all know that “the right will out”, as my grandparents used to say, in the end. I had just hoped that we were beginning to see that, with the election of Mike Johnson as our Speaker. Day to day, we will learn more, but his support of Israel and Ukraine is cautionary, for sure.

As I’ve promised you, I am not writing to be lauded for my wisdom. I write to share with you , things we all need to know as we go forward. Today’s is an important update.
