Leftist Agitator Allegedly Employed By Woke Vanderbilt Medical Center

A group of counter-protestors or “agitators” made their presence known during The Tennessee Conservative’s Protect Tennessee’s Borders Rally last week. This resulted in broken glass and at least two volunteers being shoved to the ground.
On Wednesday, March 20th, over 200 Conservative Tennesseans showed up to the State Capitol in support of GOP lawmakers taking action on the illegal immigration crisis in Tennessee.
However, there was a group of around 10 individuals who showed up to counter-protest with signs saying things like “JESUS WAS AN IMMIGRANT,” “NO HATE NO FEAR IMMIGRANTS ARE WELCOME HERE,” and “PEOPLE ARE NOT ILLEGAL.”
One woman in particular stood out to rally attendees as the individual who only a few minutes into Brandon Lewis’ opening statements, made her way into the crowd to seemingly provoke supporters of the rally.
According to witnesses, this “woman in orange” knocked two rally volunteers to the ground as she flipped over an event table which resulted in a glass container being shattered across the Capitol steps.
A male counter-protestor and a male counter-protest photographer can be seen on video standing on the opposite side of the table at the same time.
“Witnesses say White leftist mowed down information table at Protect Tennessee’s Borders event and nearly assaulted Black woman peacefully protesting against illegal immigration,” Jonathan Choe wrote on X.
The “agitator” in question left the rally following the involvement of state troopers and has since been identified as Kristen Guerrero who posted to her social media after the rally saying, “Being on the right side of history is hard. Today I was physically pushed, blocked, and threatened, this didn’t happen to just me but to others that were in my group too.”
“Being the super extreme minority at todays protest was scary,” she continued. “We stood tall for what was right even if our voices shook.”
According to Guerrero’s social media, she may actually be of Mexican heritage. She also works as a perioperative blood management technician and is allegedly employed by Vanderbilt, the same medical center that was performing “gender affirming” sex change surgeries on minors without any repercussions until GOP lawmakers finally passed a ban on these surgeries for minors just last year.
Guerrero has previously garnered attention from news media outlets for participating in pro-gun control protests at the Tennessee Capitol.
She and some of the counter-protest photographers have been associated with Democrat Representatives Justin Jones and Justin J. Pearson.
Guerrero has also worked with groups like Protect Kids Not Guns and Tennessee Advocates for Planned Parenthood.
Prior to the Protect Tennessee’s Border Rally, Guerrero and company also showed up to a Moms for Liberty Legislative Day event which took place inside the Capitol building. According to our source, these individuals “refused to leave until we opted to call security,” showing up to the illegal immigration rally a short time later.
Wilson County Chapter Chair of Moms for Liberty, Amanda Price, attended both events and after hearing glass shatter at the rally she began recording and relocated to the top of the steps where other counter-protestors were gathered.
“They had friends with cameras in everyone’s faces as they practiced mid-level violence techniques,” said Price. “When I heard the sound of glass breaking, I decided we needed as many camera angles as possible.”
She went on to note the multiple photographers following the group of counter-protestors “poised and ready to capture every raw reaction to their deliberate provocations.”
Price stated she was recording simply to mitigate the actions of these counter-protestors by offering a second vantagepoint of their behavior. She did not engage with the counter-protestors, despite one individual’s attempt to provoke her.
“Having an ally to capture the mid-level violence on camera should mitigate the intended result,” Price said. “They won’t be able to provoke and blame those attending the rally because now there is evidence on both sides of the story.”

I was not able to make that rally but should there be a rally in Chattanooga you can be pretty sure I’m going to bring my brass knuckles with me and if there is a repeat of what happened in Nashville one of these leftist agitators is going to end up with broken bones.
This article is an excellent demonstration of why I advocate for the rights of address and remonstrance to be restored to their full magnitude.
Rallies like this one always draw counter protestors, which can lead to violence. Protests like Tennessee’s Borders Rally are not heard by the general assembly. Exercise of the rights of address and remonstrance are heard on the floor of the houses. Wouldn’t you rather be heard on the floors of the houses, rather than being ignored on steps of the capitol?
Well John, what I would rather even more is having individuals in the General Assembly who are predisposed to caring about and acting upon what I as a conservative care about. That can only come about if we at least challenge the centrists/tepid conservatives in the Republican primaries in August of every even numbered year. April – July of those years is when we conservatives have to put-up or we might as well shut-up and prepare to try again in two years.

I was at the Rally that day expressing my discontent with our State elected officials, and how they allow Tennesse to be overrun by illegal invaders. I’m a 69 year old widow, that started paying attention to the lies of woke ideology during covid. As I went up the steps, the young protestors were standing halfway up, side by side. I was trying to walk past them to setup my lawn chair. One young woman said “immigrants are not illegal”. I asked her what she would call breaking the law. I think the word ‘illegal’ triggered her. The tall brown hair young man in your video said “your president broke 19 laws”. I answered “are you talking about President Biden, I agree”. I guess he thought I was a Trump supporter, even though I had no clothing on that would indicate that assumption. I told him to pay taxes for 50 years, then I’d listen to him. I want to say when the rally was over, a nice young patriot asked if he could walk down the steps beside me, and I said “yes”. I now realize he was protecting me from being pushed down the steps. Thank you! I’m new to rallies, but think more conservatives should have showed up. Also, I’m going to learn more about Mid Level Violence Techniques, so I won’t fall prey to those Antifa tactics in the future.
SO sorry this happened to you this is the way of these SCUMBAGS they want to make people on the right look like the HATERS THEY ARE. SOONER or later we will have to start acting like them, to take our country back.

Yes, John I agree. The legislature seems to be acting to remove peaceful means to communicate with them. But the lobbying doors are always open. The corporate welfare flows from closed-door meetings. “The Administration’s” bills (the executive branch writes legislation in TN?) are bragged about for months and obscured in amendments to caption bills with no public review or ability of representatives to actually know the position of their constituents. The AG they selected states that we need to ask permission of bright legal minds like Ketanji Brown Jackson to determine if the blatantly unconstitutional censorship she is calling for as a SCOTUS justice is constitutional or not. They won’t do anything about the illegals – especially if Uncle Sugar bribes/threatens.
This and all left wing Agitators and their WOKE employers need to agitate behind bars and MASSIVE Fines.
It was nice to meet those of you whom I was able. I was one of the two guys open carrying – the smaller fellow to be exact. I’m sorry to hear and see that some aggression occurred right before we got there. That looks like it would have been a good instance where someone who was being pushed/advanced down upon could have potentially use pepper gel to defend themselves. I hate to see anything like that happen, but people being aggressive and shoving is definitely grounds for reasonable non-lethal self-defense like pepper spray/gel. I think no one was hurt, so that was good. I don’t suppose the woman was charged with anything despite pushing/shoving and damaging property not to mention scaring people?
Arguably her actions may have been a felony. TCA 39-17-309 makes it a felony to threaten/intimidate someone out of exercising constitutionally-protected rights. Everyone was peaceful, it looks, until she started that bulldozing.
I would recommend having pepper gel/spray and being ready to use it when someone is being very aggressive. Backing-up can work at times, but it can also cause one to trip and fall and get injured. That is why “stand your ground” is so important. We are forward-moving creatures. We don’t have eyes in the backs of our heads and we aren’t very good at moving any direction except where our eyes point – forward. Obviously it can be dangerous to turn one’s back on a threat. It can also be dangerous to back up and may give the threat a great advantage to get you off-balance and shove you over (potentially causing permanent brain damage or even death). Obviously on the stairs this was even more dangerous! This perpetrator was playing a very, VERY dangerous game. I’m so glad no one was hurt.

I love activists of the left. They never practice what they preach. There is a difference between legal and illegal immigration. Each of you should take at least 30 of these so called “IMMIGRANTS” home to live with you. But wait they can’t do that because they don’t practice what they preach. The lefts mentality defies logic. They are a very sick and demonic bunch. We should follow and obey their commands but they would never comply with their own commands. She pretends to save kids when her employer has been mutilating children. But is still working for them. But in the end they are the ones that resort to violence as the video shows. IT is hard to judge what should be done when scum like this start pushing people and knocking things off tables. WE have let our courts be filled with a bunch of liberals judges, so if you end up in court, you most likely will be found guilty. JAN. 6TH comes to mind.
